• If an iPad or iPhone 12 or newer needs to be opened for the requested repair, the screens may break during removal process, requiring replacement. In case of screen breakage, we only charge for the cost price of the screen, without any additional labor fee.

• Certain components may need to be special ordered and will be specified in the service description upon selecting the repair. If parts require ordering, the typical timeframe for delivery is 2 days.
